My name is Kenneth Eichstaedt, I'm a professional located in the Milwaukee area. Most people call me KJ, as my father, grandfather and I all share the same first name. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2016, focusing on Marketing and International Business. Born and raised in America, I obtained a European and global perspective on things while studying at the Jonkoping International Business School (Sweden) in partnership with UWM.
I'm passionate about growing brands and delivering a brand experience that comes from merging creativity and media with the latest marketing trends and tactics.

Branding/Marketing is a fast-paced field and is always changing, so I pride myself on my ability to learn new things. Whether it be a new editing software or Mandarin Chinese, learning new technologies and skills helps me become a marketer who can deliver impact. I enjoy the creative process and seeing a campaign come together. I believe not only is it important to embrace new trends and technologies, but also to continue following what works and stand out by appealing to the senses, making an impression on what people see (sight), hear (sound), and feel (touch). I embrace data and the role it plays in fine-tuning and delivering exceptional marketing and brand experiences that generate the maximum ROI.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Being in a hospital during the holidays would be hard for anybody, especially a kid. That's why in December 2019 I partnered with Focused Tax Solutions, leading the charge to host a Toy Drive for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. We utilized the IKE social media network in association with FTS clients and other marketing tactics to get the word out. We started out with just a barbie and a box. Slowly but surely the toy drive grew and grew, and collectively we were able to provide over a truckload of toys to the kids at Children's Hospital! It was a tremendous feeling to give back to the kids and I'm grateful for the everyone's support. Everyone chipped in. Everyone came together to donate items. It was amazing. I put together a recap video that captures some of the best moments of the Toy Drive. Enjoy!

I'm a willing learner. I enjoy the satisfaction that comes with learning or sharing a new skill, secret, concept or experience. Beyond learning new things, I enjoy being creative and I love growth. Any kind of growth. It doesn't matter if it's social, personal, business, community, I'm all about it. I understand the importance of being able to work and get things done on an individual level, while also understanding the ability and power of a team. I hope to continue learning and producing creative work that makes an impact far and wide, and I'm excited to continue this journey.
